FontShop was a great challenge. I came to the company as an e-commerce manager and quickly climbed to director of product development. My main challenges ahead were to manage a complete relaunch of the site (both client side and admin side), increase development documentation, oversee three years of product launches, streamline marketing campaigns (newsletter, Adwords, banners, etc.), improve SEO, analyze and proactively create programs based on a suite of metric and sales reports, and move all the print campaigns to greener alternatives.

Involved in a few sister properties of FSI: FontFeed.com, Metaserif.com, FontFont.com, and Fontstruct.com
