Genentech’s issue was a fairly simple one to solve. My only task was to scrape thousands of content pages in a quasi-automated way, clean them and migrate them into a custom written CMS. This task focused heavily on usability and semantic coding. Strict doctrines had to be written and adhered to. This was another “interesting” experience in corporate America.
