Billing Guidelines
We work in 10 hour ($1000 USD) block minimums. This covers “anything” you would like to roll out in that block of time. We started this simply because it is just too difficult to wrap our schedules and our minds around anything smaller than 10 hours. Below are “guides” to follow. They are not written in stone, but will give you a very good idea of what things cost on a item-by-item basis.
Working Guidelines
We check our schedules and if there is an opening for the amount of work you want done, great! We will schedule it and build a roadmap for you in Basecamp.

| Logo Design and Style Guides | $2000-$5000 | We work with some of the top typeface and identity talent in the industry. They are scattered all over the world so logo, identity and the accompanying style guide may take a couple weeks to finish. |
| Strategic Planning | $100/hr (minimum of 5 hours) | Inclusive of roadmaps, marketing strategies, etc. |
| Site Audit | $100/hr (minimum of 5 hours) | This is a thorough analysis of any weak points in your site – SEO, UI or your information architecture. |
| The One Pager/C | $500 | Coding a static web page. HTML / CSS only |
| The One Pager/D | $700 | Designing a static web page with limited interactive features |
| XML, Javascript coding and API stuff | $100/hr (minimum of 5 hours) | Very clear requirements are needed before any coding is done. |
| Search Engine Optimization | $100/hr (minimum of 5 hours) | Meta data and content optimization |
| Adwords Campaigns or Shopping Feeds | TBD | Setting it up. Includes research. |
| Google Analytics Setup | $100 flat fee | Includes all my tips. From custom REGEX filters to automated reports of the most vital parts of your dashboard |
* It’s just too difficult to have one all inclusive price for a total site design. Some designs are much more complicated while others are much simpler. Having just one price would end up being unfair to some and a bargain for others. Requirements are unique for each business. If you are contemplating a redesign or getting a first design done for your site, please contact me with your business requirements.
